I know it sounds crazy, but I actually do. I don't hate nudity or anything, I just don't want to go to jail for being naked.

Nudity laws in the USA (where I live) are so extreme.

Nudity laws in America are medieval. Even in blue states. Nakedness isn't really legal anywhere in this country, even in private.

And I live in Massachusetts, where skinny dipping in your own backyard (even with a privacy fence) could get you thrown in jail for a year, and you need to pay a $300.00 fine. People in this state shower in their underwear, I kid you not. Google it.

You're gonna be surprised when you get to jail for "nudity in the shower" and find you're gonna have to shower naked with a bunch of sweaty guys who haven't gotten laid in years and you have to take a dump while your cell mate watches. LOL

Seriously though, I don't know of any state where nudity inside your home is illegal. In NC I can even answer the door naked and it's legal so long as I'm inside my house and don't go past the door threshold.

Out of curiosity, if it was illegal, how would the cops know you are naked in your shower?

Still like where I live little crime, quite, space between houses, no HOA, close to everything. I grew up in NY, also lived in TN, KY, VA, and NJ. Been in NC for 12 years for us it’s perfect.

Never, I'm always nude when I shower. Only time I'm not is when I have a swimsuit on in the public shower after a dip in a hotel pool.

I did Google this, as suggested, and found nothing that says people in Massachusetts shower in their clothes. I did find a statement that you won't hurt your clothes if you shower with them on, unless they are dry clean only, but just about everything cited says people shower in the nude.

by the way, it's legal in 34 of the 50 US states for women to go topless in public, though Massachusetts isn't one of them. Surprising, considering how liberal Massachusetts is.
