In what probably would've been another close election this November, Trump is going to wind up winning the electoral college in a landslide and also win the popular vote. As for the New York case itself, it's filled with numerous procedural violations and numerous Constitutional violations, and will be easily overturned unanimously by the Appellate Court in New York. Unfortunately that's probably not going to happen until late 2025, because it's a long procedure. It really won't matter by then anyway, because Trump will already be President again.
The only thing that can stop Trump from winning is the fake insurrection charge. Other than that, he will win from jail.
