Should Trump lose his gun?
Thoughts?
Trump once said that he could shoot someone dead in the middle of the street and not lose any voters. He is probably correct because those who vote for him are crazy! Of course, he attended a military academy and bragged about how he broke many of the rules. He paraded around like he was a macho guy who could battle others, yet the coward had his daddy pay a doctor for a deferment from serving by claiming that bone spurs prevented him from marching, something he did for years just fine at the academy. Many men died serving their country, he did not even have the balls to refuse to serve, but used money to get out of it. His life ever since has followed that pattern. No balls. Look at all the people who served time for the Jan 6 event Trump caused, yet Trump never suffered any thing from that.
Consider all the children who have lost their lives in school shootings. Yet the NRA supports the rights of mental cases to have guns and Trump supports the NRA.
The world would be better off he he would keep his gun and use it on himself!
I thought only aristocrats in the UK were allowed to own guns. LOL
Thanks to our belief in citizen's rights here in the U. S., we don't have such an oppressive system.
Bogus crimes for which Trump has been accused by Democrat fanatics don't carry any weight with me. And I'm not even a huge Trump fan.
According to the ATF, a person has to be sentenced to at least one year in prison due to a felony is prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms and/or ammunition.
We'll see if Trump is ever sentenced to prison.
Besides, he has Secret Service protection and I doubt if he walks around with his own gun or will need to defend himself in his home.
This is just another example of Democrats trying to strip citizens of their civil rights for no other reason than to impose authoritarianism.
No. I fucking despise that sack of shit covered hair clippings. But losing a constitutional right over white collar paperwork fraud is retarded. Dude can't even spell gun much less use one, so why take it? What the hells his old ass gonna do with one? Nothing. Probably break his own baby wrist lol
I don't believe that anyone should be allowed to own a gun, unless their job actually requires it (ex. farmer, soldier, policeman/woman, security guard).
I fully agree, if you don't have a good reason then you shouldn't have one and I'm scared of the boogeyman isn't a valid reason.
@molonski2 Howled down? To all those gun-loving Yanks on this site, I say BRING IT ON! Most, if not all, of the arguments that are put forward in order to justify gun ownership are hopelessly wrong, because they're not based upon anything other than emotions.
@siri137 Have you ever been to the USA?
Although , I completely agree with you , I can assure you very many many reasonable people own guns , the lobby is tight , and how you can posses the firearm differs in many States..
Sadly , although , guns are held by quite a few nutters , just as they are my virtually every relevant criminal and drug dealer in Australia.
Nothing is ever black / white...
@Savorsito What? Were you drunk when you wrote that?

In my humble opinion, Trump losing his guns would be a fitting punishment, a symbol of his fallen status. Let his once mighty hands be bound, just as my own wrists yearn for of my Mistress' restraints. If a convicted felon loses the privilege to wield weapons, it is a lesson in the consequences of one's actions. And if I, @on_my_knees, could be but a tiny reflection of that lesson, I would accept any humiliation my Mistress sees fit to teach me, for it is only through your wisdom that I can truly learn the depths of servitude. Mold me, shape me, and use me as your plaything, for in the shadows of your dungeon, I find my purpose.
It doesn’t matter to me. He doesn’t really need them as he has protection and he was never known as someone who shot and owned guns.
At some point in time though there will be a reckoning. The truth will be exposed about the massive corruption in the Federal government today. It is already leaking out and many are recognizing it. As I understand it, an FBI agent just confirmed that Hunter Biden’s laptop was not tampered with and contrary to what the government officials told us wasn’t Russian disinformation. But there is even confusion around that today. This reminds me of the British show, Traitors, where it seems that the traitors win by sowing confusion and killing off those that are on to them while the foolish follow the traitors. That’s our clown world today.
Abso-fucking-lutely!
Of course, the democrats will be hypocrites about this. Especially in New York, where Drumpf was tried and convicted, they’ve made habit of letting violent criminals run free to victimize others. Drumpf’s crimes are not violent, but they sure as hell will disarm him! Just like they want to do with every law abiding citizen. Take guns away from law abiding citizens and let violent criminals roam free with impunity. Gee, what could possibly go wrong?
I don't even know if Trump had a gun, he's a billionaire, he dosent need a gun, he had people who have guns for him if need be.
And I don't care what your rules are there here it has to be a felony to loose the right, and to be completely honest I have paid zero attention to the trial I don't know what laws they claim he broke, I don't know if they were felonies... I don't know
I’ll catch you up. Drumpf is a felon now. Felons can’t own firearms in the US, per federal law, but revocation and restoration is administered by the states. He previously had registered three pistols. Two were surrendered prior to his trial in New York and one was legally transferred to Florida, but it’s unclear whether or not it’s still in his possession.
Naturally, New York will never allow Drumpf to get his firearms rights back.
What i think is actually kind of funny is that now he can’t vote either. So of the millions who will vote for him in November, he’s not going to be one. Ell oh ell! I’m only guessing, but i bet that hurts more than the loss of his firearms rights!
According to US law (that I just looked up), a felon who has served at least one year in jail cannot own a gun. It's premature to see what Trump's sentence is, so he can keep his gun (s), at least for now.
When you have Secret Service agents around you with lots of firepower. He shouldn’t have to worry about not carrying. Though I do believe in the second amendment.
Fetterman shot and killed an innocent person with his shotgun. He shouldn’t be carrying either. If he does.
Apparently he only fires blanks.
Imagine of his protection detail would feel about him having real bullets.
As a convicted felon he would not be allowed to own or possess a firearm in quite a few states. I'm pretty sure secret service already ensures he doesn't carry a weapon though so probably isn't impacting him.
No. I mean it's yet another bullshit charge in our broken legal system. I mean if Alec Baldwin can shoot people and still be allowed to own a gun.
No. There are different levels and kinds of felonies, each with its own restrictions on citizenship and privileges of citizenship.
I don’t like guns and I don’t really think the general population needs them unless it’s required by their profession.
His gun never fired well when we look at the results.
So - why not leave an old man alone with his failing shooting skills.
He's no harm
My guess is they were gifts and the license for show. I doubt he'd be brave enough to try them out.

YES. This way he can't shoot anyone on 5th Ave.. and not loose voters.
The verdict will be overturned on appeal. Lets wait and see how that turns out.
hello!
he's a multibillionaire, he doesn't need a gun! he has professionals work for him that carry guns for him
Legally he will probably lose those right. Not that he exercise it in the first place. But there is a case that might allow non-violent felons to retain their 2nd Amendment rights.
He's a convicted felon like any other. What's the issue?
Has Trump ever shot anything? Besides shooting his mouth off I mean.
No he lives in New York City. He has to carry a gun for self-defense.
It would make it easier if they take his SS protection if they are so desperate to off him.
That man's mouth, status and media combined is a weapon of mass destruction.
Yes, but I can hardly imagine Trump's being brave enough to actually shoot someone !!!
That's not likely happen here especially with our gun culture.
The trial was a sham #1. And it was a non-violent offence
I don’t think he has any. I mean the dude used to be a president he has the secret service for that. Dumb question.
Well, since he is a convicted felon...
80 some years old what do you think
Yes.
