I'd say just being myself. Next month is our pride fest downtown so I'll be going to that. I'm hoping to get a flag for my bedroom. But I got one of my first pride pins at the mall.

Your thoughts, perhaps, on how to make an environment more comfortable and accessible to young members of the community who are trying to find their ground? (And also to those of us whose job it is to actually make sure they feel included in the workplace?) I work with one kid who is constantly in my office and out of sorts because he doesn't feel included in the team activities, etc. We end up having lunch together a lot so he's not by himself. If you have suggestions, please lmk. :)
