1, the vice president replaces president if he dies.

2, what if he is impaired, lost ability to lead?

biden is not only worn out to the point of mentaly debilitated, he is too weak to get judged...

3, if true must be replaced by v. p. so was that just a lie, to avoid punishment, if lie, he was not replaced, why not court?

4, if true with medical approval then v. p. must replace the incapacited president?

5, who can make that decision and why didn't do it yet?

article 1 of constitution that INCLUDED women in word "citizen" said that "President Inability of Duties of that Office, shall go on the Vice President.
the Congress may by law provide for the Case of Inability, declaring what Officer shall then act as President," so...

If the VP becomes president before the election who will run for president on the democrat side?
The only that joey is going down is if he dies suddenly of a heart attack, stroke ora bad fall.
Otherwise they will just keep him pumped full of drugs and keep dressing him up and pushing him out there every chance they get.

I believe they have already made a clone of him in case he crokes off before the election.
