It seems like good deeds go punished. Really, it seems like everything is opposite of what it normally should be.

People these days seem self-centered, greedy, shallow, judgmental, hot-and-cold, impatient, and just overall mean.

It seems like everyone's moral compass is just so skewed anymore.

Just recently, my bible group leader referred to my girlfriend as a "booty call", expelled me from his group, and pressured my other friends in the group to drop me as a friend.

A couple of months ago, I was transported via ambulance to the hospital with kidney stones. I had never been in so much pain in my life. They just wheeled me out in my underwear to the lobby as I was writhing in pain and begging for help. For all I know, I could have had appendicitis. My mother thankfully arrived and drove me to another hospital for help.
