What is the difference between global and primary vaginismus?

Primary vaginismus means it’s been present basically all your life, vs secondary vaginismus that has a later onset that is typically a reaction to a trauma such as child birth, rape, etc. global vaginismus means that any and all insertion is painful or accompanied by discomfort including fingers and tampons, whereas situational vaginismus is characterized by specific stimuli being problematic (i. e. can insert a tampon but not have sex). Primary= sexual penetration
Global= anything inserted

Half the time tampons are a bit painful and hard to insert and take longer than should than others take to do so. Only am able to use regular ones, on heavy 🩸 days I just have to use a lot of regular ones instead of more absorbent bigger ones.

Primary= happens throughout all your life
Global= happens with any kind of penetration.

Based on what you’ve say it sounds like you have global vaginismus but it’s unclear weather it’s primary or secondary.

Not due to rape, trauma, religion, and haven't had PIV sex.

Don't have kids and haven't been able to accomplish PIV, no trauma, or rape. So maybe global primary or primary global whichever is the correct order to say it in

No, unable to. Long story short, no car and parents are super religious against such things and they have access to medical records and financial stuff.
