It looks like he was just shot in the ear. He will recover from that and will even have a battle scar from it. This will only boost him further and he completely deserves that respect. Bullets can’t even stop him now.

Anyway I am not going to accuse China, Russia or even radical Hamas activists for being behind this. There are enough deranged leftist out there domestically already who go this far.

But one thing is for damn sure. The secret service really dropped the ball on this one. I realize it isn’t easy to prevent this. I bet the shooter smuggled in a very compact pistol like a derringer or something. The other “pops” you heard was likely a secret service sniper taking him out. But still all Trump rallies moving forward will be under VERY heavy security.

Last but not least. I wouldn’t wish an assassination on any democrat politician no matter how much I hate them. For you liberals out there thinking “if only that shot was 2 inches to the right” please STFU and keep those thoughts to yourself. If Trump died it could be the beginning of a civil war.

I got the facts about the shooters. You’re right that he was outside the premises. He shot a rifle though a building window and was immediately killed by a counter sniper. Sounds like he killed an innocent spectator too.

It has probably flipped some people who were on the fence or not intending to vote, especially those who are angry about the deep state and malicious/negligent actions by government agencies. The biggest impact however is that it will energize mainly the Republican base to take the vote more seriously. I doubt there's many people who are actually going to change their vote at this point because of that.

I've seen some people claim that it may change Trump's mind on who his VP pick will be, though I doubt it. He already said months ago that he intends to pick someone who will be the de facto frontrunner and successor for 2028, and so the reality of potential assassination is just going to reinforce that.
