Not for all crimes but it shouldn't be at all. Women get pregnant on purpose to avoid jail and use their kids as a weapon to get away with allsorts. Here in the UK under sentencing guidelines someone who has a child can get a reduced sentence.

No. Moms have a unique set of obligations to uphold — I should say good moms here — but it’s not a “carte blanche” to do or say what you like. If anything, it can be limiting if you’re not sure how to manage your time and resources properly. It’s the single simultaneously most uplifting and exhausting lifelong experience/commitment a woman can have, which is why it shouldn’t be undertaken lightly.

It is not…. You are still accountable for your actions. I know that some women have been daddies Princess getting away with anything and daddy comes to the rescue. Then gets enabled by SIMPS. But there comes a point where these women are held accountable and it’s never fun.

Also especially with a child. If a precious baby is suffering from the bad actions of a mother. Then this makes it worse

Maybe if it’s a close call between imposing a custodial sentence over suspension but verdict is not open for debate and only to be taken into account if the judge feels appropriate. This might depend on the legal system in the country though. Can’t comment for the clown courts of some counties

I'm already a mother to two adorable children... And I reside here in the UK... However, as we are extremely comfortable financially, we're therefore fortunate enough in not requiring any benefits.

There’s literally women in jail having children everyday that are locked up. Being pregnant or having kids doesn’t make you above the law.

I think you are talking about career mothers who make a living off of child support and funding programs. Not every girl can do it even if it is becoming a bigger and bigger problem.
