I personally don’t think it’s acceptable to define someone solely for their worst decision. It’s different if they have lived their lives solely doing bad. But if some has done something wrong even if it’s heinous then dedicated their lives for the better. Lived their lives in sole of helping others then they should not be defined by the worst thing they ever done but instead defined by the good and the bad.

Yes, I agree with you. I like what Sasha Baron Cohen said about OJ. "That's the thing about Hollywood, you make one slip up suddenly that's all they remember you for. You not a OJ the touchdown. You not a OJ the movie star. You kill two silly people and suddenly you are OJ The Murderer!"
I personally like to see the good in people. If it's repeated behavior I can understand, but judging them based on one bad decision is stupid and unfair. It's mainly American people that do this.
Even at my old job, this one lady only talked about me when I did something bad, but when I did good stuff she never complimented me
