Unsolicited mail in ballots are entirely safe because they are barcoded twice and if not returned they are deleted. Western States have been doing this for decades without a problem and you'll notice most of those Western states are Republican.

I'm not sure what you mean by ballot harvesting but I think that means collecting the votes by mail of various people and bringing them to the polling station. Is that correct? What's wrong with that? Lots of elderly or in firm people need that help
