and i got stitches and staples removed out of my head bc of an accident. the pain was like 2/10 besides for a few caught where my baby hairs were in my hairline

wrecked my car ironically trying to take someone else to the hospital lol bc i was in full shock and panic. both of us went unconscious before the wreck and woke up in EMS truck later

and im momo... i can never die, so that's just silly talk. altho my ankles are kinda just dead bc they got sprung lol, so they're all purpley

I have no clue 😂

Maybe I just let it go… like nothing is more important than my health and well being (sleep, eat well).

My daughter is an over thinker, same as my second hubby…
My hubby when I met him, he would have a long to do list to keep himself busy everyday.
But for some reason … he never put me on that list. So of course, I noticed and talked to him… since habits are not easy to change… took some fights to get him to noticed… that list was only good to make him run like a little hamster inside a wheel.
He now still have a lost but learned that not everything is inportant and only do those that are family oriented and some can wait.

My daighter…
I told her to write down some of her thoughts in a journal.. took 2-3 yrs… she can now fall asleep on a schedule (11pm-6am)
Having a schedule is good for the mind and body.
If this is what you want… you can try…
But for 20 something yr olds… have fun. 😂
Around 30… your body will tell you different things
