What's your opinion on this video of feminist women vs anti-feminist women?

I didn't see all of it but from what I did see there were well spoken women sharing their opinions on both sides, along with immature women from both parts as well. I actually would have expected the most confrontational one to be on the feminist side, but it was the anti-feminist with the black jacket. I guess goes to show not to go by stereotypes, and that you can respect when someone shares their opinions with grace even if you don't agree with them.

Everyone involved has lost sight of the original philosophy of feminism, the lovely concepts of humanistic and egalitarian philosophy... and turned it into a cheap, gaudy circus. I'm not a fan of modern feminism. I prefer what it used to stand for. I don't want to trigger you in any way, but I do think we have equality nowadays 😅

To my knowledge there's a lot of company policies for inclusivity nowadays where if there aren't enough females, they try to hire more females and start to neglect hiring for qualifications to meet those ratios.

And the only reason there are gender pay gaps is not MAINLY because they discriminate. It's due to traits that are more dominant in each gender.

HP, those are just flimsy HR justifications for why the gaps all still exist… it’s a smokescreen…. When you have the SAME EXACT job as a guy and he makes more it says the value of a man is more than the value of a woman.

There’s TONS of literature on the topic, with data indicating why employers make these choices. It’s horrible, really.
