Being without fear indicates a brain problem. I am not a neurologist, but I'd suspect there'd be an issue in the inhibition center in the prefrontal cortex. The inhibition center attempts to prevent you from doing things that would harm you. For instance, going to work and shouting out "Hey, Boss! I fucked your wife because she couldn't stand that little party hot dog in your pants and she needed a foot-long!" As you can imagine, no good will come from that. But people don't say that because they are afraid to lose the income from working that is necessary to stay alive. Without fear, you speak your mind and can create for yourself a world of shit.

That's one example, but another example of doing something stupid because you have no fear might include BASE jumping with no experience. You do that, you'll win a Darwin Award... which just goes to show that having fear is an important trait to have to stay alive.

rather am wary and aware, so let's go with that... one of them is deep diving, especially going into enclosed areas liked those underground flooded caves, I don't like the idea of how much caution do you need to be able to do something like that, lol

There are a lot of things I would do if I weren't afraid, for instance move to another country, go bungee jumping, invest a lot of money in the stock market, literally travel around the world, take part in Formuła 1 racing, etc. There are more of those, but they would make a really long list😋
