Just a month ago, Republicans were projecting doom & gloom for Democrats via low energy in the Democratic Party mounts after the disastrous debate performance, and a possibility to utilize the attempted assassination as a political tool to carry him to victory, Trump being nominated Presidential Nominee and choosing Vance as a ‘smart pick’(at the time) VP nominee.

Then in the span of a week, President Biden stepped down and passed the torch to Kamala Harris who raised $200 million, polls put her to a tie, Democratic Party feeling rejuvenated, revised, gleeful, and energized to go to the polls in November pushing Trump to the sidelines as Harris is in the spotlight.

When Biden refused to stand down, they projected Trump & Republicans would win big in the Electoral College map and have a landslide effect. Now we can project that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are on track to beat Donald J. Trump if they keep up this momentum.

The fact Trump / Vance both dragged their feet not being eager to debate Harris / Walz tells a lot since Biden’s poor debate performance led to him dropping out so, Trump is fearing he might be forced to drop out… He is the oldest presidential nominee right now and his behavior & age is in question if he can successfully handle a full term of the Presidency especially what happened last time.

Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Chips and Science Act, Pact Act, American Rescue Plan, Expansion of Affordable Care Act, and more are under Harris’ belt.

Increase in Child Tax Credit, Increase in wages, Paid 15 Week Parental Leave for Amazon Warehouse, Nursing Home, Hospital, School, etc. Staff & Faculty, Free Breakfast & Free Lunch School Programs, WITH Decrease In Taxes under Walz’s belt.

Donald Trump has name calling, cyberbullying, lying, decreasing regulations on corporations, calling on striking workers to be fired by their employer, mass deportations & rounding up in camps (which he claimed would be Obama in 2012 if he won, now he promises to do it…), etc. We know who Trump is. Mike Pence called the National Guard to Washington DC, not Trump and people forget about that. Trump had the power to call the National Guard and didn’t.

@OddBeMe Biden could’ve won, though seeing the explosion of support & unity around Kamala Harris is just too incredible. I think President Biden did the right thing stepping down because if he cost The Democratic Party the election, not only would he put his legacy at stake… The American public too because he sees Trump as a threat to Democracy just as we see him as one.

I said this before in a lot of different questions, the main concerns with voters were tied with Biden’s Age and Trump’s Behavior, now voters can choose a bright, young, joyful Kamala Harris or vote for an old, out of touch, lying & rambling old Trump with behavior issues / cognitive decline. It is an easier choice to make now for Americans. We are 80 days till the election, I’m ready to cast my ballot for Kamala Harris & Tim Walz.

Dems don’t show up to vote like Repubs. It’s was quite sickening to see the women’s march after trumps inauguration when women were so absent from voting Hillary.

@OddBeMe Yeah… I feel ya, though I do think the 2016 was a unique circumstance. No one was truly happy to be voting Trump or Clinton then from news coverage saying Clinton wins either way, there was less Democrats willing to vote and less Independent Voters willing to vote since they felt their choice didn’t matter / they lose either way with two candidates they didn’t want to some extent… Now people know their choice carries weight and even their choice to not get involved in politics still counts as a choice. Trump killed Roe V. Wade with his Justice picks, got rid of corporate regulations, banned Muslims, pulled an insurrection, and let people die during Covid19 Pandemic without lifting a finger to help “it is what it is”, “I always played it down… Didn’t want to create a panic”. In 2020 in general, people were motivated to vote out Trump and 2024 I see that motivation again thanks to Kamala Harris & Tim Walz because now it isn’t just a battle to defeat Trump, it is a ‘my choice matters’ sensational excitement. This truly helps fuel voters to get their asses to the voting booth. I’m happy for that!

There have been a few campaigns decisions made that strike me as odd. But I also found Kamala's choice for VP to be odd and rather tone deaf.
