If Trump is elected what will he do about a security clearance?

Because now, due to his multiple felony convictions, he cannot pass a background or security check. So how does he get a security clearance?

I don't think he does and he technically needs one for this job. In reality he is not mentally competent or intelligent enough to do the job, so I suppose others with real security clearance will do it.

Unlikely. Even Cannon didn't rule Trump didn't commit all the crimes he's accused of in that case, just that the government would have to repeat all the investigation, based on a bogus theory that special counsels are unconstitutional, despite having been used for centuries.

The plan was to get a conviction before the election but not have enough time to appeal it before the election. Democrats though that would derail Trumps campaign. .

You shouldn't believe everything Trump tells you. He was breaking that Act by keeping documents that belong to the government. He also did when he flushed records, and he probably still is, since the FBI didn't do an exhaustive search.

@msc545 I say things all the time that do not sound true but turn out to be true. I called the child abuse by Catholic priests long before the story broke. When Chuck Stuart jumped off the Tobin Bridge everyone thought he was heartbroken because his pregnant wife was dead. I correctly said that he was the one that killed her.
These occurrences were real longshots. President Trump retaining records that he was entitled to and the democrats trying to indict him g=for something that was not a crime is just common sense.
