Which country has the most hardworking people and Which country has the laziest people?

Everywhere is a mix. For example, people in the US actually kidnapped people from another country to force them to do their work for them. But also people in the US did that work. So..

I feel like Jamaica or Haiti would be the laziest. Hardest workers, maybe Japan since some of them actually die from overworking

Yeah I've been to the Caribbean. The blacks there are so lazy (except Bajan construction workers). They just wanna sit on the beach all day smoking ganja and getting free money from tourists. They want hotels and infrastructure, but they want someone else to come build them for them. One of y drivers on Grenada said this about Grenada people. And I've honestly never had such a lazy tour guide as the one in Grenada.
And when I was in Curacao, we hired a Dutch lady to take us around the island, she didn't even sugrcoat that every race on the island has some sort of economic niche, except the blacks. She straight up called the blacks on the island "lazy" and said you can't build a country on that.
Black people have never had a reputation for hard work.
I saw a clip from a documentary recently about this Chinese construction worker in the DRC, the blacks straight up admitted that the Belgians build a paved road and for 50 years after they left, nothing has been done to maintain it.

Hardest working, probably Japan. Least hardest working, I'll say Niger since they're currently ranked as the least developed nation on earth
