Vance believes that nonparents shouldn't have as much of a vote as parents. I'm not exactly sure how this would work, unless we don't let certain people vote. Let's say that this is the law of the land. Kamala Harris is not a mother, she's a stepmother. She adopted her husband's kids. Under the Vance plan, would she get the vote for raising kids, or does the woman have to actually have given birth to get the vote?

Biological parents and their biological children. Step parents are only married into the family. If the step parent has a child of their own with their partner, that child would allow them to vote. I’m for this.
