During the debate and at other venues, Trump was a feeble old man. He rambled incoherently while Harris articulated clear policy goals and a competent understanding of the issues. She radiated confidence, intelligence and strength.
I look forward to her kicking some Putin ass. If Trump had a shred of honesty he wouldn't have tried to blackmail Volodymyr Zelenskyy for political gain and he wouldn't have green-lighted Putin's invasion hoping to win favor for business dealings in Moscow.

There is a barge that is larger than 3 football fields that goes between china and the port of LA. It comes to America awash with chinese made products and goes back to China almost empty. President Trump has been the only politician willing to do anything about that. Everyone else just wants to let the rest of our industries leave the country.
Biden is owned by the chinese so he is against anything that will have a adverse effect on the chinese economy. He removed the tariffs Trump put on the Chinese steel industry and American steel companies could not keep up with the demand. Now after Biden removed the tariffs the Japanese has bought US Steel.

The economy is in a soft landing after Trump bungled the pandemic and Biden took over. US has come out of the pandemic better than virtually any other country. Furthermore, Kamala isn't currently involved in making policy. No VP is. She is correct when she said economists say that her plans will be better than Trump's at lowering inflation. Trump tariffs will only increase inflation. Deporting all the cheap labor will increase inflation.

Harris dodged the questions about the economy, instead saying she wanted to create "opportunities" for the middle class. I suspect that means she will create an entire new bureaucracy in charge of "opportunities". Maybe the "opportunities" will be for the people that will work in that bureaucracy?

Notice she motioned to shake hands at the start and note also Trumps reluctance to accept. For me it sent the two most important messages without saying a word- Kamalas action was intentional. She. wanted to send a message of optimism and unity, l and ironically Trumps reluctance highlights his being a lacking businessman, gentleman and a statesman

It could have caught Trump off guard, maybe not so much as a resistance, but more so took him a second to process.
Again, I will say I didn't think Harris's voice, body language, or personality reflected as much strength. She seemed very mommy-ish and I could identify the trembles. That is not someone I could have confidence standing against our adversaries like Putin or Xi. In other countries that are not like America, women (especially sensitive ones) are not taken too seriously. We need a strong, charismatic leader during these difficult times where tensions internationally and domestically run high.

What I mean is she didn't convey herself as tough in her voice and body language. I could see those beaty, glassy puppy eyes. There was some good points she made. Her demeanor just seems peppy and visionary like, but you could most certainly see the nuture-like personality in her. I think she could make a great mother, grandmother, or school principal. I don't see her being the leader of the (supposed) free world.
