Well Turkey is secular... So I guess Saudi Arabia for Sunnis and Iran for Shias
Do you realize that you are talking nonsense? The USA is a secular country but a Christian country. France is a secular country but a Christian country. Turkey is a secular country but a Muslim country.
Ask them if they consider themselves a Muslim country. Most of them will say no. They always make it clear that they are secular. Also atheism is rising in their country (America also has a lot of atheists it's not as majority Christian as you think)
You can make a poll on here where most users are American, half of them will say they don't follow any religion
What do you mean leading?
Because without specification I'd say Saudi Arabia since that is where Islam began. And since all Muslims are expected to make the "Hajj" (pilgrimage) to Mecca
