It is the policy of the U. S. to attack civilians. The North did against the South. The U. S. murdered the Indians. We bombed civilians in Japan and Germany, we murdered civilians in Vietnam and we provide the bombs for Israel to kill Palestinians. Putin does not do that. By avoiding killing civilians, the war is taking longer but the outcome is certain.
