Political violence has sadly always been around from JFK to Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton (twice), Barack Obama (during time in office and out of office), Joe Biden & Kamala Harris & Doctor Anthony Fauci, and sadly Donald Trump (twice out of office now)…..

I don’t like political violence, steps need to be taken to prevent political violence, and case studies need to be made so we can find the cause & effects that cause political violence.

What I do know is this, the 1st shooter was under 21… If there were universal 21 years to purchase a firearm he wouldn’t have been able to fire at the Republican Candidate for President for one. 2nd shooter was a convicted felon, which is illegal to have a gun while convicted so he shouldn’t have had the gun in his possession so, that was a police failure in not monitoring him / making sure all guns were removed from his ownership.

I want an America where we settle our disputes at the ballot box, not at the end of a weapon. This shouldn’t have to be a dream, it should just simply not be and we should raise penalties on this so it never happens again.

Because they've been getting constantly bombarded with propaganda for the last eight years about how he's the devil, and many of them are ideologically isolated in places where to express a positive opinion of Trump- or sometimes even an insufficiently negative one- is grounds for social exile.

This is how you get people referring to the least conservative Republican President of my lifetime as a fascist, and the guy who finally moved the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem and helped his daughter convert to Judaism so she could marry a Jew is a Nazi.

Eventually, a person who's depressed about the way the world is going and figures they probably don't have too much longer anyway decides they'll do the world a favor and take the monster out.
