No, but if you’re shorter than average, you have to work harder and try harder and be a little aggressive to make up for it. It’s not that they are naturally that way; it’s just understood socially that’s what’s asked of them.

I've definitely seen a few short men with a Napoleon complex. I've also known just as many short men who loved making fun of their own height
