Just goes to show where our country is at the moment. Psychos and fanatics being fed conspiracy theories from every source around them 24 hours a day. Setting fire to a ballot box would be a felony here in Michigan, with imprisonment up to 4 years and/or a $2000 fine. Additionally, we have noticed that there is a police car sitting near our local ballot box since early voting started here.

yeah thats good but it should be harsher than that frankly. you just don't fuck with our democracy like this. I even thought that evil woman Tina Peters got it easy just being sentenced to 9 years for election fraud. the consequences need to be severe to dissuade people from doing it.

It's a common terrorist plot. You create an air of unsafety and people avoid an area. People worry there's no point in voting because it'll get destroyed or worse still they'll be injured. It's an effective way of discouraging votes in certain neighbourhoods.
