Well, let’s dive deeper into this topic.

Donald J Trump is narcissistic, egotistical, and always wanted to be admired as a strong leader & looks towards leaders that have qualities that he lacks especially in the ‘leadership’ department.

1 ) Flattery.
Trump once given flattery from outside forces will perk up and be interested in doing business with the person. Orban, Kim Jong Un, Xi and Putin all share these traits and you know who didn’t have such kind words towards the former President? Macron, The Queen, Merkel, and many more.

2 ) Traits of A Leader.(in Trump’s eyes) Trump plays the victim card & persecution card & shouts ‘rigged’ from the rooftops once things aren’t going in his direction. You never hear Putin’s media complaining about his leadership, you never hear Kim Jong Un’s media complaining about his leadership, and most certainly not Xi or Orban…. You & Me (and rest of our fellow Americans) know that these governments hold a tight fist around media and censor it to pander towards their great leader, not one piece of criticism or else punishment from the Kremlin. Trump seeing SNL, Stephan Colbert, ABC News, MSNBC, CNBC, CBS, NBS, Washington Post, New York Times, Lincoln Project, etc. criticize / poke fun of him, really want those admired traits. He is envious of our enemies and wants to control what our Founders declared as Freedom of Speech also Freedom of Press since no one could criticize him or compare him to our allies / other political figureheads meaning he gets total good press seemingly making him popular also not controversial or divisive at all. Trump wants to be seen, heard, and all lights on him unless it is bad coverage or taken in a bad light. Trump will always double down, if things aren’t going smoothly he’ll quietly stop doing the controversial thing (halting the Southern Border stripping children from their mothers & also quietly trying to bring them back to their mothers)

3) Loyalty Above All Else. This is most dangerous since Donald J Trump wants employees of the government to be following his orders, take his word / command as gospel & to throw out their oath to the Constitution to put himself over the Country he serves and resides in…. Trump described wanting his generals to be more like Hitler’s generals, suggesting he wants to be a dictator on day one, wanting to put up a wall & dehumanize / scapegoat a minority based on lies.
