Everyone thinks that Harris does not have any real policies. The truth is that she does have policies but they are so toxic to the average American that if she revealed them she would be tarred and feathered. Policies like price freezing, taxing unrealized capital gains and resurrecting the so called "Border Security Bill" that does nothing to secure the border.

Vet them
Limit numbers
Multiple offender get banned
