The reason for this question is January 6th people lick up right now. I believe one of the first things is let them out.
Once out do the January 6ers have the right to sue the January 6 committee? Yes or no and please explain your answer.

Democrats will try everything to block legally if he gets the votes / electorate. A chance, they succeed... It goes to supreme court. Vance becomes president?

Beyond that, social chaos as the left comes out in force. I expect them to use some false flag events... for example, if they threw the case on Daniel Penny... inciting riots in NYC to start. The left media will go berzerk... fear is already high with people of the left. They will create more fear. Anything to throw sand into the cogs of government they will do.

If he wins? He is gonna try and get the wars fixed. The economy will stop getting worse and hopefully reverse course a bit. If he keeps his word we may finally get some accountability in politics as well as a shrinking of government. But based on his previous track record you actually get quite a run of the mill politician where things are pretty sane, but of which the media will say its anything but. So i'd say if he keeps his word expect things to change for the better, if he doesn't expect things to remain similar as they are with a more functional economy.

As for Jan 6 specifically he wanted to set the innocent people free, those would possibly have a case for damages. But he did say he would not do so on the actual offenders. So people who were instigating everything won't get freed but all those innocent people who got lured in the building will be released from political persecution.

The Courts have already ruled that the government overstepped its bounds with excessive jail terms for many of those convicted for Jan 6th; many have already been released. Because of that, I don't think Trump would pardon them.

It's difficult, if not impossible, to sue the government. There are all kinds of laws that prevent that.

@exitseven He doesn't have to fulfill his promise. Most of the people have already served their time, or have been released due to the courts (Democratic appointees, by the way) ruling their sentences were harsher than the law allows.

There was no stock market crash until the 2nd quarter of Biden's administration. It is just getting back to where it was when Trump was president. The problem is, that million dollars that somebody had invested in 2020 has something that is worth less than $800,000 today due to Bidenflation.

Biden's assault on the energy sector touched off inflation and uncertainty. The two biggest factors in bear markets.
