Question

I am NOT a Trump a supporter but I did vote for him. "Wtf is wrong with u, Random? I'm blocking u now!" I could not stand the lie that was the Biden administration. Biden was NOT president of this country , he was a puppet on a string and Kamala would have only been an extension of those lies. Biden was an old man with dementia and I did not find any of the eldery jokes funny. It was sad and pathetic. As an American I was sickened and ashamed. I am no less ashamed with the Trump administration. I do not support their politics. However, I am content in knowing this 'kingdom' will fall as well. It is inevitable. History proves it over and over. So, my question is, after the smoke clears , what happens after Trump?

What can I as an American do? What is it people are really wanting here? Peace? Equality? How do I help support world democracy? How do we move on from here? I know somehow, someway there is a bigger, better picture for all of us involved. I'm just not sure how to get to it.

I think what comes next is everyone takes responsibility for themselves, so they don't need a government to do the "hard" things they can't. It's suppose to be ask what you can do for your government not what can your government do for you. We have gotten lost along the way and now focus more on fighting for blame then fixing things. I can't fix you and you can't fix me. But you can show me a better way and if I see it as better I'll follow naturally. I truly hope that's what's next. I think we all have a piece of this better way. life is about discovering your piece of the puzzle. Coming together with those pieces is how we find a better way... thats the best I got lol I hope that comes next

I will be straight i don't like trump never have i don't believe in a lot of his bullshit morals values or ethics.

But i look at him and his life has been a big lie
He inherited money and he lost it. He hired a guy by the name of George. George work for donald Trump's father and helped his father make millions of dollars. Trump hired him. He got all his money back that he lost. He fired him lost all his money again. He hired him back. He got all his money back again

So in so many different ways, Trump has burnt so many people because of himself, losing his money and not paying people for the jobs that they've done. And then the way he womanizes women

Then he walks into a role of he can become the greatest President of the United States has ever had. He has that ability , but he blows it

And then what the Democrats did to make him look worse than he does was pure evil, that told me right there, even more than I'm right about politicians, social societies and who runs the country, because they try to amputate Trump from life, they were willing to go the distance to prove that he was a bad person. And that's just pure straight up evil. And those are the people that run our country that we're doing this , it's the rich , it's the secret societies that did all this with the democrats

I was a democrat , I will never vote democrat again

But now Trump has another opportunity to become the best President that he can become. But once again he looks and does for self and the rich . We know down deep that he's taking and taking and taking nobody just knows yet how much he's taking and where he's taking it from , but that's what kind of guy he is

What can you do is the part I'm going to answer.

First before I do, remember that Biden in his state was better than Trump as is right now. Also, a VP would have taken over if he died. A democratic VP. And Kamala ran the second time not Biden. You voted for Trump despite all the things you said. I'm unsure how to respond about that but just hope you make better decisions.

The two party system is failing us and the Democrats are not perfect. That said, they've never put us in this situation either where we have a man trying to fuck with everyone who didn't vote for him. If Biden sent troops into red states all of maga would be saying 25th amendment or raise second amendment threats. All the don't tread on me people are fucking liars and weak.

What they are is ok with looking at blue states or cities and not Americans and the constitution is meaningless to them because we're not human or somehow now the enemy. Not their fellow Americans, neighbors, family or friends with different opinions.

They're ok with what's happening to us in our cities as long as it's not their states, cities, friends and family. This is reprehensible behavior from a leader and you voted for him. If you still think Trump is better than if Kamala came in I'm lost. Even if you disliked her she would have done better to at least try to unite us again.

What can you do?

I think you got to look at the Republican party as a bunch of fake Christians who stand on fake principles to get your vote. I also think you should value the constitution better and at least vote for a candidate that will restore it and not abuse the power of the presidency. Trump said he was going to do all of this but most people kept telling me oh you can't take him literally. Well I think you should because he's a mad man wanna be dictator.

I also think we all should demand our laws apply to everyone including the president and make the 25th amendment easier to impose. This is insane. He's not fit for office.

Given your options I think you made the right decision. Both parties are shadows of what they were when Reagan and Carter were the candidate and incumbent respectively. It's not just the USA that's lost the plot though. The West as a whole has shifted so far from what made Western Democracy the world standard goal and wisdom of Dr King was echoed by men like Morgan Freeman who pointed out he's an American, not a "black" American.

After Trump? There's a choice. The USA could collectively choose to dump both parties, but I doubt it.

The best thing that might happen would be term limits for any elected position and no naturalised citizens or any with multiple citizenships. Born in that country - whichever it may be - or not eligible to vote or be elected. Adopted citizens can only vote after living in the country for three election cycles - with possible exceptions in cases of military service.

I doubt it though. Europe is probably going to tear itself apart in the next 5 years over illegal immigration, the UK may well be heading towards a new civil war - Christian Vs islam - and who can say what the far East will do?

You might never get to move on from what's coming. The bad guys own Dominion now, the company that counts all the votes. Do you really think there will ever be a fair election again using electronic ballots? Not on your life. It's unclear that the last one was fair, and the drop off numbers seem to prove that.

Sorry to say that you are probably screwed. While the smoke will "clear", that is going to take time. A lot of time. And America will lose much of what made it special so you can kiss any idea of the "normal" times returning. Furthermore, because the collapse is coming with a side order of populist authoritarian takeover we are also very likely to see a lot of violence going forward and a massive permanent social divide akin to what happened before the civil war.

And yes, a civil war might be in the cards as well. Which would push back the recovery by another decade or so.

What I am saying is that because Trump won, you might not see the end of this collapse within your lifetime.

As far as I have researched, the economy under Biden was doing well in his term. It wasn't his fault that Russia invaded Ukraine and made things worse economically for the world. Because of that, gas prices soared and so did complaints against Biden.

Biden may have had a speech impediment but he was never senile in my eyes, because I know the signs of dementia, having ha d another with Alzeimers. He did have times when he seemed confused, like in the presidential debate, but he had Covid then and no one knew it, not even himself. Trump on the other hand, is not only physically declining but mentally as well, he has been. He is the senile one--he can't put his sentences together and appears to speak and write like someone who was never educated well.

You voted for someone you dislike yourself--why on earth? Was Harris that much worse? I've been around a lot longer than you--and I can tell you, Trump is dangerous. I'll take Biden and his beliefs any day.

This depends a lot on how Trump becomes an after so to speak. If he dies then I think we are stuck with Vance for quite some time. If there is another election which I think is highly unlikely then it is conceivable that whoever the Republic candidate is is going to lose heavily thanks to Trump. I think the most likely scenario unfortunately is that Trump will find a way to cancel the midterm elections and we will fight ourselves in the middle of a civil war. We are very close to that right now.
