Well, none of us like Vance, but he's not malignant like Trump is, and all of us can breathe a little bit easier and get on with our days. A whole world sighs in relief because they don't have to worry about this crazy person threatening them every other day. I'm sorry for Trump's family. I know they will miss him, but Trump was not doing well in hindsight. If he is still with us on this earth, I hope he is finally resting in a little bit of peace and that he learns a little before he leaves us permanently.
That day will be so fucking awesome! I'll wait a couple years for things to improve in the US (and for all white supremacists to be arrested, put on trial and, if found guilty, incarcerated at Alligator Alcatraz) and, one day, I'll quickly go and take a huge dump on his grave before it becomes unmarked due to the excess of shit and vandalism.

Unlike many countries, the US Constitution and other laws define an orderly process if anything happens to the President.
Not much would change. JD Vance would become President and serve the rest of the 4 years, and would most likely run in the 2032 election. Basic policy would continue, with perhaps less emphasis on tariffs. The Senate would appoint a new Vice President, most likely a senior Republican Senator, and that Senator's seat would be appointed by their state governor until the next election cycle.
he might be impeached too
@888thegreat In the 250 years of the US existence, only 3 Presidents have been impeached: Andrew Johnson, Bill Clinton and Donald Trump. None have been found guilty and removed from office. It's highly unlikely that Trump would be removed, impeached maybe, but found guilty in a trial by the Senate, unlikely.
The political ramifications of removing a duly-elected President are hugely negative... on both parties.
Well none raped 13 year olds until now
@888thegreat We don't get it. Your profile page indicates that you are Republican and a Trump supporter.
I was , but I can't support a rapist or the Tariffs
I think it depends on the reason on how people would react. obviously most people don't want to see violence or wish malice on another human being regardless on how they feel about someone, but I feel most people would be glad to return to a more normal version of politics that isn’t so polarized as right vs left, and return to more of issue based politics, that puts ideas and methodology above social identity, which both parties have been guilty of putting identity over issues the last 10 to 15 years. The next candidate who would replace him or the vice president to be sworn in as the interim in the next election cycle from either party would most likely be a middle of the road candidate to kind of return the United States back to issue base politics over identity and feelings.
he most likely will. like remember how biden wasn't even able to form coherent sentences anymore? trump isn't that senile yet. so if bidens hald dead corpse is carried through presidency like that, you think they won't do the same with trump? and even if for some reason he dies, then there's gonna be new election and bob's your uncle.
Impeachment does nothing really. There has never been a US president deposed, not even Clinton when he broke the law.
If Trump dies there's a whole succession going by rank so vice president, then I think speaker of the house and so on.
Like if there was a massive explosion that wiped Congress the next president would be the highest ranking official in the federal government until the next elections.
Luckily I have listen to a lot of long form, several hours long interviews with JD Vance and he sounds really based and having good common sense. I would be pleased with him taking over.
Biden is called and after he's retaught how to answer, he says huh? Obama's goes instantly to voicemail since Michelle is bench pressing him. Minutes pass before Trump's big beautiful clone emerges from a hidden door in the oval office, sponsored by Trump. "Hold it you dummies" exclaims the gold plated MAGA mark 3 terms AI.
The VP will take over. I'm sure people who want Trump dead will be celebrating and those who don't want him dead will be angry and morning the death of Trump.
He gets replaced by Ethelred the Unready, who will no doubt be a baby daddy of someone other than his wife by then.
JD Vance picks up his yoke and follows through with The same ideology. He just acts a little nicer.
JD Vance becomes president.
Maybe , should. You never know. But Vance is not a fan of Tariffs at least
JD Vance will resume where he left off.
and we will sleep sound at night for the fact that it won't be a retard like Kamala Harris
he has had too many assasination attempts.
In many ways, he has brought those upon himself by making himself incredibly unpopular with too many people. That being said, I am sorry that there have been any of these at all. I feel very badly for the Secret Service guys who have to protect him since it has to be a very precarious, difficult job.
B-E-A-R-D-O !!!
