Alright It Is The Eve Of the 2024 Presidential Election, How Are You All Feeling? Nervous, Scared, Excited? How Are You Feeling?

I'm nervous but feeling excited cause this has been the most talked and entertaining presidential election. From Biden going way off script with his last debate with Trump, Biden dropping out at the last minute, Kamala getting picked, to the crazy debate between Trump and Kamala, to the DNC concert (not going to lie that was a concert), and with all the crazy headlines, etc etc. This has been a rollercoaster ride, and honestly I'm a bit nervous but I'm also excited and you guys I'm ready for this election to be over. But how are you all feeling, tomorrow is election day where we go to polls to vote for our next president for the next four years. Are you guys ready for this, cause it's finally here.

Tomorrow me and my mom are going to vote, we might get some takeout, and then we're coming home to watch the results. All the local schools are going to be closed tomorrow and some businesses are closing early so everyone can be able to vote.

Also, everyone who hasn't voted yet tomorrow go to the polls, you're vote matters. Think about the children, your grandchildren, nieces and nephews, grandparents, everyone in your life. Think about the democracy, think about America. Ladies, vote, our foremothers fought hard for us to vote. And if anyone on here is POC, vote, your ancestors fought hard so you all can vote too/have the right to vote. Everyone go out and vote, tomorrow is your last chance to do so, think about America and what you want the future to be for everyone including yourself for this country. We can do this🇺🇸🦅❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Pretty nervous, honestly.

My respect for American citizens’ intelligence and moral values is at an all time low. I’m not even a huge Kamala Harris fan, but it’s absolutely insane that Trump is even in consideration, let alone in a position to possibly win.

And the scariest part is WHY. I’m hearing all these people claiming the American economy is bad, when it’s simply not. People think “gas prices + grocery prices = state of the economy”, and I don’t mean to be insulting, but that’s just so impossibly, unfathomably fucking STUPID.

Stupid people, gassed up on completely incorrect information that’s been fed to them by nefarious actors seeking power, might irreparably alter the future of the United States. This is absolutely fucking crazy that we’re in this position. Like most of the things you hear are so bad over here, aren’t even really happening, or aren’t happening very much but are being portrayed as if they are. Just completely based on mis- and dis-information…. which we also call “lies.”

Half the country is under this seemingly unbreakable spell of lies fueled by bigotry, selfishness, etc. It’s really disgusting and makes me dislike my fellow countrymen, more so than I dislike the country itself. Kamala might even win, but still, with this many people like that STILL living here…. I don’t know if I want to be associated with this anymore. It’s really shaken my faith in the character of America to its core.

Well... Being disillusioned with democracy since long ago, I'm simply curious. The choice is between a continued, escalated war with Russia and a new war with China (unless Donald Trump comes to his senses regarding China and finds a way to avoid bloodshed). Being Polish, though, the only thing that might change for me is my Duolingo priorities. If Kamala Harris wins, I can stay with my Japanese course and avoid getting under Russian rule, or straight out being sent to the meat grinder, by seeking asylum in Japan. If Donald Trump wins, I might want to take up Portuguese, or maybe polish my Spanish, since Japan will not be a safe place to live once a war with China breaks out, therefore forcing me to emigrate to Latin America. In the unlikely case Trump does not start a kinetic war with China, a ray of hope for a better life will be bestowed upon me, since some semblance of normalcy might return, leading to me no longer being Public Enemy No. 1 just for being a man, but I know from experience that best-case scenarios hardly ever materialize.

Honestly how am I feeling about the presidential election I honestly could care less. I don't vote for either one of them and want nothing to do with this earth and the man-made ways I just live from myself learning about the father in heaven and how he created all of us and this Earth and how I can spread his message and live his peaceful as possible as I can. there'll be assassination attempts on Trump regardless of whether he wins or not

if Trump wins, he'll finally get full Secret Service protection which would make assassination attempts much harder

Trump Trump Trump. Kamala isn't a bad person. And the Democrats aren't bad. But they've had control of presidency now for most of the 2000s, and somethings just can't go on like this. That being said, I'm not one of those ridiculous people that will say I'm leaving the country if she gets elected. I have been all over the world and we will be just fine either way. But overall I think Trump will be better for the country, safety, and the economy.
