The opposite, there is a chance democracy can be saved now. The democrats were trying to end democracy by importing voters on such a scale they would outvote the natives and they were also trying to make it illegal to do properly secure elections. With Trump in power he should be able to put a stop to that and do proper election reform, he got cheated out of it once and they tried that again this time to but failed. So he has motivation to want to put a stop to the fraud by getting rid of the voting machines and mail in ballots.

We’ll see. I don’t think it’ll manifest in an obvious way, like “you’re under new management…. PERMANENTLY.” But it will more like come through shady practices, gerrymandering, restrictive election laws addressing fraud that never existed in the first place.

If there’s one thing this experience has taught me, it’s that Americans will accept any level of obvious horseshit as long as you tell them brown people are out to get them in some way, and that they’ll get more money in their pockets.

Imagine letting people take over who will make or eradicate laws that keep Americans from LITERALLY DYING, just to get an extra $2,000 back in your tax returns. Just absolutely unbelievable. I lost all respect for Americans last night.

What they meant by democracy they really meant their power and rule over the American people. They didn’t say that, because had they done so; even their staunch supporters would’ve been like “woah wtf?”

Secondly, these were the same people that forcibly removed the democratic nominee from the ticket and replaced him with a candidate that the people didn’t even vote for to be the representative. THAT is NOT a democracy.

And the United States is not a democracy anyway, it is a federal republic. The word 'democracy' does not appear even one time in the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution.

i mean you can make the argument that the USA doesn't have democracy to begin with. cause it really doesn't. it doesn't say in the constitution and people do not vote on policies so it factually isn't a democracy.

Of course not. Trump's victory is proof that democracy still works in the US. The way Harris was selected as the Democratic candidate, no primary voting, was un-democratic. The only states she carried (other than Minnesota and Virginia) are the blue states that always vote for Democrats, regardless of who is running.

Convincing a population that they want democracy is a necessary step used by socialists to disassemble a republic and turn it into a dictatorship. That requires both houses of congress to agree with a 3-1 majority, and a 3-1 majority of states to agree.
