Why was Kamala Harris so late to make her concession speech?

She was supposed to give the speech at 4:00. She kept her audience waiting. I looked down at the clock and noticed it was 4:20 and it was another 5 or 6 minutes after that she appeared. She had a dumb grin on her face and her eyes were squinty and she was talking nonsense.

I just wonder what she was doing backstage.

Long before that night, I actually wonder what took her so long to state what she’d do for the country sooner. Its like she didn't even try. Sometimes i wonder if she wanted to help trump to win. Sounds crazy but I wouldn't be surprised.
