I thought it was fairly obvious that many polls were of poor quality and and they should be immediately discounted. AtlasIntel, Trafalgar and Rassmusen seemed more dependable.

Rassmusen had some advantage as it had not changed methodology so was more comparable over time but it had changed weighting based on recalled vote from 2020.

The recalled vote of respondents weighting seems problematic to me because it is weighting to the past. If you get an abnormally good turn out of one side in the last election, then you project that into the next election it would seem to me. Difficult no matter what.

It appears conservatives are less likely to respond to polling than liberals by 16% and only about 2% will take a poll anyway. Difficult again.

My aunt was one of them!! She HATED Trump!! She believed EVERYTHING they said about him!! Consequentially, that's how she lost over $11,000,000 before she died! Scammers got hold of her and kept telling her she needed to pay this tax and that tax on a prize she won before she could get the prize! It was supposed to be a million dollars and a new car!! Years ago, I was told someone I knew had died. I had no way to disprove this so, I believed it. Right up until the time I saw them again a year or two later! I think it was one of my ex-bass players. I recall seeing his name in the obits. Same name, same address, and, a year or two later, I was walking up a grassy hill with my fiance and there he was, sitting on the hill playing guitar!!
Once people hear something just once, before they believe it, they should look for SOME kind of proof that it's true. The problem these days is, once people hear something, that's all there is to it, that's the truth and NO amount of disproof is gonna change their minds! If they're told Cher is dead, even if she walks up to them and shakes their hand, to them, she's still dead!
