Voting by mail in ballot is terribly insecure, the individual legitimate votes are not the issue the problem is that its basically unverifiable under what circumstances those votes were produced. Were they filled out in mass fraudulently and then dumped into the system? Were they coerced? Etc. The netherlands doesn't allow it, here its in person voting only. I have been to sick to vote before and then I had the option to authorize someone else to vote for me in person, they then borrrow my ID card and my signature is on the invite authorizing them to do so.

Already happened in my book but its not rigged to the point of being unwinnable, if the Trump supporters go out and vote they can outvote the democrats even with the rig. At some point it would become to obvious its fraud so they can only go so far.
