That said, it also ignores the fact that much of it can't even be pursued let alone passed without constitutional amendments, so even a president who actually supports all of its points wouldn't be able to do it without massive support, including some across the aisle.
AOC isn't a "strong woman" by any stretch of the imagination. She's a puppet for her big donors that have backed her from the very beginning, and would be nothing without them. People like her are basically a gift to the Republicans because they can point at her as an exhibit of leftist stupidity and inauthenticity on display. The left hates strong women who can actually think for themselves, which is why they manipulate their own primaries to make sure they don't get in, and kick them out when they slip through (Tulsi). The self-aware ones claim a house or Senate seat and then sit there their entire careers in order to avoid the spotlight.

Unless you think that even the text itself is just subterfuge, a codex of messages hidden in plain sight, there's nothing more definitive than answers "straight from the horse's mouth", as it were.

Again, 3rd party conservative organizations have been on their own publishing such proposals for countless presidents. Anyone can do this, and it has nothing to do with the president themselfs. In this case trump never even heard of it before the left brought it up. In most cases Presidents either ignore it or decide to adopt aspects of it.
Usually the president already shares some parts of the agenda which is typically the run of the mill standard republican policy objectives which form the foundation of our political collation uniting the states (people) behind that collation.

The idea of a "separation of church and state" is not in the constitution, the 1st amendment was in fact created simply to keep the new "federal state" from interfering with the already established State religions. This amendment was only turned on its head nearly 150 years later by lawless federal politicians in black robe recently with their equally lawless incorporation doctrine.
The founders who wrote that Constitution in 1787 and designed our system would have in fact been horrified by what the court did as they judged without a religious population of some kind no Constitution would work at all. As without people believing they will be held accountable for their actions and oaths as only religion give you, a oath to the people at the top really doesn't mean much.
