I'm excited to see black people being successful, building families, starting businesses, owning property and being engaged in building positive environment.

There are areas they garner no respect and have little access to progress in horrificly racist areas... like parts of new york city. this is a reason many go crazy and have to take drugs... they are simply shut out and minimized and pushed out. It isn't just by chinese, but by the jewish... at minimum. can't blame them, they don't want that culture, but as well, it is what it is... isn't it?

So protections may be needed in areas so they can progress... out... to better places to reach full achievement. But in general, the system screws them over and the solution is... strong families, building families... hard work and networking... will get them to better places... just like everyone else.

Well the Supreme Court did outlaw affirmative action for college admissions. However universities are trying to find ways to get around it.

The problem is there was a very high drop out rates for minorities who get admitted to universities when they shouldn’t.

Now they have done away with affirmative action they are more likely to get a much smaller yet much more qualified minority enrollees who are much more likely to graduate.

As for advertising and media that is just typical wokeness to over represent minorities. Not to say it should be all white people. No. But it should reflect reality.

Corporations have been doing this crap too but now they are regretting it.
