Basically there is only barbarism or socialism. As a hardcore leftist i do think purity test is our largest flaw.

Just think how society was created at each other's throat kicking peoples teeth in left right and center. This fucking sucks so we created laws. That's a level of socialism. Cut the fucking shit and we can do things other then killing each other.

Now here we are that other thing created the fucking internet how bad ass is that. What else's can we get done if we just don't actively destroy each other. It is socialism but socialism we want.

The affordable cares act is a good example. Capitalist health insurance is too barbaristtic kicking people out to die and only accepting healthy people just to kick them out when they need help. So what's the socialism solution?

Basically single payer health care. Literally everyone even globally can't scapegoat usa uninsured to profiteer off of already government grants destroying the risk of risk vs reward of a free market.

Life is after all the foundation of all other rights and therefore its preservation is the foundation of law. But the enforcement of the limits of such rights known as Law was not believe it or not originally much more than a service of arbitration and punishment in the breach.

It was in that limited capacity that the state was also limited in its ability to infringement other rights. indeed the whole point of that arbitration of the court was to limit the state's necessary infringement even in that limited capacity to that which was hopefully justified. The term Justified being the propose of the court's service helping to ensure "justice".

The more the state expanded as they always due subject to the insatiable power lust of the people driven to seek control of the same our rights invariably contract anyway, until such time that we collapse and revolution is necessary to reset the state back to its minimalist condition to restore our freedom.

Leftist are people who are too short sighted to recognize the effect of their laundry list of policies being far too focused upon the immediate goals to miss the forest of their net effects, and the basic truth about the interest of the people who always run theses organizations.

Why is the state any different from the human spirit?

Is there meaningful life and freedom in a baren desert? I say no we need food and water. We can steal it from someone else or work together and grow an oasis. Dosen't have everything but we do the best we can together.

Take that same logic and grow it till it reaches globally. Thats just the beginning of Type 1 civilization for space travel.

@naultd A state is a creation of people generally led by a small number of them with or without the consent of the rest. People have spirits not organizations. anymore than the car you made has a spirit.
You may be seeing that spirit of the leaders running the state but that does not mean the state as a life of its own, least of all that it might exist separate from the people that run it.

To assume otherwise is to treat the state as if it is some kind of being in its own right.

It is perhaps a sign of the same arrogance for you to judge the quality of life of others. To that I would remind you quality of life of people in a barren desert is their business not yours, and clearly it is quite worth living to them or they would not be living it.

Althou an actual Oasis is found, i believe your referring to a metaphorical Oasis, and those can of course be invented but again only by individuals not states.
