Its a little over two minutes long and it is not even a youtube video. It's not like it is a documentary, it is a clip of the guy on the floor of Congress picking who is going to be in the shadow cabinet.

Note: The term shadow cabinet has been used for decades to display a close team of experts on the opposition's side (mirrored to the actual cabinet). So when they communicate with the press or public, they have always the same representative for a topic (e. g. health, defense, economy...).
There is nothing sinister about it.

It is the same as executive orders, the POTUS never had the authority to make those but presidents have been doing it ever since Obama (at least that was when I learned of the term).

You forget the poeple that DIDN'T vote for trump. In UK, and just about every other democracy, there is opposition. In UK, we have an opposition called a Shadow Cabinet, along with MP's from all the non-government parties.
