Considering the USA is 100% English (as in directly from England) since 1620, and mainly with blonde hair and blue eyes (the English look).

I've never met an American with a Scottish, Irish, French, Spanish, Greek, Italian, Russian, Dutch, or German name. Ever.

Actually the most popular name for a boy and girl in the United States is, Liam for a boy and Olivia for a girl. I have a cousin Liam and know several Liams around here. As for Olivia, I only know a few. As for the English aspect. The Inited States is made up of many ethnicities. Also the Spanish and Norse were here before the English. Finally for the blonde blue eyed aspect, it isn’t as common as you think. We aren’t Iceland. I mean, I was blonde till I was older and my hair became more of a light brown and my eyes are hazel leaning towards green and most I know around here are also not blonde. Blue eyes are far more common than blonde hair is in my area.
