What I hope happens is they take all the minor level criminals and suspend their sentences, deport them, and warn them that if they return, they'll do the entirety of the sentence plus additional charges for returning.

Take the major criminals, and immediately lock them up and add charges for illegal entry.

Take the ones that haven't commit any crimes besides the illegal entry, and advise them they have 90 days to leave the country and after that, they will get deported and charged. The sentences will not be suspended for this group.

Time will tell. Those that have committed serious crimes will be on top. I don't know why they are not tossed in prison instead. They will just come back and commit more crimes. At least they can commit them in Harris' and Biden's town. I think it is all going to wind up as wishful thinking.
