Yes I knew that, I watch some economics videos on youtube. I made posts on here back in like 2018 saying it's time for another recession since debt and housing had returned to higher levels than in 2008 and it's been ten years since the last one but now governments just keep the economy going artificially even if it's supposed to collapse. It feels like the chickens are coming home to roost but it's all happening in slow motion. There's no big crisis everything is just getting shittier slowly over time. It's a weird situation I don't know who they think they're doing a favor but it's not regular people that's for sure. We could've had a recession and now we'd be back in a growth phase but instead the whole global economy is going to shit slowly. They need to do something about the housing problem if they solve that it will already be a huge step for a lot of people to have faith in the system again and have hope for their future. If housing keeps getting worse people will actually start rioting in the streets.
