Illegals will be deported on day one. Why? Because they are already sitting in a number of jails around the country for committing crimes. The Biden admin has blocked deportation, but plenty of sheriffs are waiting for day one of the Trump admin to receive approval to deport the illegals already in custody and then begin rounding up many others. A lot of government action requires approval of cabinet members before action can be taken, but illegals that are already in custody can instantly be deported without any hearings.

@Daniela1982 Jails are over capacity. That's one of the strategies of extortive engineered migration, to overwhelm public institutions. When jails are over capacity, criminals that have already been sentenced get released early back on the streets. The court systems gets overwhelmed so it becomes harder to provide a speedy trial for citizens. Budgets get inflated to house and feed illegals in prisons, to police streets where illegals live, and to give health care to illegals caught up in the violence. If you remove them from the equation it reduces the stress on many systems. If Trump puts soldiers on the border, they won't be coming back as easily. If Trump give them the death penalty for killing or raping American citizens trafficking people or drugs, they also won't be coming back. That said if they are in for drug crimes, theft, or assault you might as well pack them up and get rid of them.

It's an asymmetrical warfare strategy specifically targeting social safety nets (schools, hospitals, police, prisons, housing, food assistance, etc.). It's designed to bankrupt a country and break down civil society. They understand how our country works. If we're nice and allow them assistance it breaks us. If we're not nice and we use police to enforce laws and prisons to house them it breaks us. That's the genius of it. If you respond from a civilian approach they win. You can't by trying to solve the problem with civilian systems designed for normal societal function. That is the point. All you can do is deploy military to enforce the borders and repel the invasion with deadly force. You round everyone up and push them out the door and if they come back and try to cross the border you shoot them dead.

It's bad optics, but it's what works. That's also the point, in order to win you have to look bad on the world stage. There is a cost to winning however you play it.

Even if you try to compromise you lose. What they typically do is they overwhelm your social systems to break down the social safety nets and government. When people start to mental break, they offer up a trade. We will go back to our home country, but you have to invest in our home country so that there are jobs, food, healthcare, etc. That's why it is called extortive migration because the entire point is to extort out as much money and resources from an enemy country as possible. While they grow stronger, you grow weaker until they become strong enough to take you over. You can't negotiate at all. Give them nothing.
