"A great workout routine, being necessary to the health of a free State, the right of the people to exercise shall not be infringed."
That Americans would make a culture of exercising like they do with guns and be healthier for it?
The whole point of having constitutional rights means being able to do or NOT do things without fear of legal repercussions. Having an exercise amendment wouldn’t change the average person’s health. Maybe if we had more restrictions on what ingredients we allowed in mass-produced processed food, we could see some real differences in people’s health.
It did change the average persons gun use though. Americans have more guns per capita than any other country
It does, but that’s not necessarily because of the constitution. Plenty of other nations have legal gun ownership, that has more to do with American culture than legal rights
Nah, yanks famously hate being told what to do.
Also don’t touch their boats.
Send RFK jr a letter with this suggestion. He is ripped for a 70 year old and maybe he can do something with this.
people who don't want to do exercise can face the consequences of not exercising

Considering the number of gyms, isn't there a culture of working out already?
Not as much, there may be loads of gyms but Americans drive everywhere
