I don't know of one country that I would help by just making it all men.

I know a couple that it could help if it were all women (at least for women anyway). India, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Egypt. Plenty would be better for women.

If those same countries were all men I still feel like rape and sexual assault would be just as common. It would just end up like prison more than likely.
