Also if he would be sentence to something now, he could probably use his presidential power to get out of those sentence and nothing would ever happen. As for the state cases, the New York case will eventually be overturned on appeal if it isn't dismissed. As for the Georgia case, we'll see, but with an ethically-challenged prosecutor (an overarching theme in these cases), it doesn't look good for the State.
