I just want to have different dudes up for discussion at this point. I already thought of Trump as immoral and frankly cases like these are pretty much a drop in the bucket. Mostly just don't care too much about Biden. Like, neither has worked out the best for us so why are they our only options once again? They both need to go sit somewhere else.

The case was shut down for the wrong reason. It should've been tossed under Presidential Immunity (merit). Tossing it because of a legal technicality committed by the prosecution sort of implies that the case possibly could've carried on if not for that error.
