Could you continue to live if there was no other person on earth?

Let's say the entire world population is wiped out and you're the only person left. Would you even be able to continue living? Assuming you would if you wanted to because you had access to food and water for as long as you lived and you magically had the skills to provide everything else.

This is all a hypothetical situation.
