Well the thing is kids don't learn from a single statement, they learn through repetition, constant AND consistent treatment. That's why parenting is hard also, consistency, and ALL the things we teach but we don't do, they notice discrepancies so EASILY lol

Yes lol, but if you never tell them anything they will have a much harder time learning. Since you didn't lose the game you can't teach by example right in that moment. Would you not tell them anything and just let them react to losing however they want without any guidance?

If I don't tell them anything, it's highly likely they will suffer from extreme depression, so I would not do that, because they would have a much harder time staying alive !

I mean, okay, I would just tell them again the same general principles. I would tell the angry one that they can't take the prize by force because it is UNFAIR. I would tell the sad one they can't have the prize because they lost, so having the prize would be UNFAIR. As they would ask me what does unfair mean, then I would have to explain all over AGAIN the concept lol

So boiling down what I'm saying is it's not bad that children are sore losers. If anything it's 100% going to happen at least once. What's important is we learn and grow from that fundamental eventuality.
