Of course not. That teacher should have stepped down or be fired and should not participate in politics. We should rid people that say violent things or show acts of deadly violence as an act of how to get things done.

That said, the likes of Marjorie Taylor Greene should not be in Congress. Her ads when she was running for Congress said if the Dems try to push a socialist green new deal this is what will happen... and she blew up I think a hybrid vehicle with what seemed like a rocket launcher (not sure of the official name of the deadly weapon). She is so taken care of by campaign donations that she could blow up a a car and give away the rifle in the ad.

Violent rhetoric has no place in a modern society. Yell at each other and scream about your disagreements but not violence. People see that and think if our opponents worry us we just blow them up and kill them. And people liked it. That's the sad part.

No. She should be given a warning and not give personal political lectures to students on what she feels they should believe. If you are teaching English literature then teach that rather than spend 40 minutes preaching about the election. I think a lot of teachers and college proffessors need to realise they are being paid to do a specific job, if your plumber took off work because of election results and lectured all day about woke politics would you pay him?

Honestly I think public schools are a stupid idea. I know people want to educate poor disadvantage kids, but public schools aren't doing that. And all the schools lead to is conservatives pushing for conservative schools and liberals pushing for liberal schools. It just leads to fights that we don't need

where i live, it's actually strictly illegal for a teacher to try to even influence children in sexual, political or religious matters. so thatis obviously not ok for a teacher. if you were a teacher and now you wanna become a political figure, that's fine, as long as you keep a separation between that and your job as a teacher.
