The thing is, 2024 was about Unions, wages, striking, peaceful protest, and Preserve Democracy.

Elon Musk & Donald Trump in a Twitter call floated the idea of firing striking workers which comes hand to hand with Trump’s first term where he was strong against Unions & always wanted to bust them. President Biden (this is just a fact) is the only US President to stand on the Union line with striking workforce wanting fairer wages & fruitful benefits.

This election from the Left was about increasing the minimum wage just like how the United States of America’s government used to…. The Right was about dismantling the frivolous attempts, expand working hours, cut benefits, and increasing the retirement age ever so out of reach while Trump pushed $170,000 tax cuts for the rich while Kamala Harris promised ANYONE making less than $400,000 a year would get a tax cut while those making more than $400,000 a year would get taxed.

Just the facts of the administrations, campaigns, and now we live in a world where Donald J Trump won the presidency. Two party system as George Washington said is a bad idea and it divides us up, warned that we shouldn’t be divided by North, South, East, West, now look at us. Pathetic.

I'll put it this way if we had elected Bernie instead of losing to Trump because the idiotic dnc forced hilary on us we would all be in a much much better spot. I'm hearing rumblings bernie may be starting up a third party by the way.

True Bernie is actually a good politician as he doesn't take bribes and is on the right side of most positions though I don't know if the third party move is the right one as most people don't have time to study up on politics to learn what he's about

No, that's not what happened at all. What really happened was that the Democratic Party fielded a candidate who was a complete and utter dud, people woke up and saw how hopeless she was, and decided they couldn't with a clear conscience vote for someone so pathetically lame. Donald Trump was clearly the lesser of the two evils here.

Can’t comment on it being the case in the US election but it’s certainly the case here with our government. The older people in my family blame the poor people and people struggling on government payouts for the countries problems 🥴
